How to pronounce "Ewart"

Lots of students go through a whole sememster with me without ever figuring out how to pronounce my name. In case you are interested, it is pronounced as if spelled "Yewert". The "ew" is the same as in "Ewing". Even if you never learn this you can still pass the course. And if I mispronounce your name, please forgive me and correct me.

My Background

Many years ago during the last century I began teaching persons who are now old enough to be your grandparents. In 1986 I first taught at Edison and have been teaching at the Charlotte Campus since 1993. I have PhD and master's degrees from Washington University in St Louis. Before coming to Florida I taught in Missouri and Illinois.
